Our Team

ANNE O'NEIILL

Chief Strategist

As principal and chief strategist, Anne O'Neill, CMP, CAE brings a lifelong passion for the power of community and more than 25 years of experience in all sectors of association management. In founding OES Management, Anne sought to create a mid-size association management firm, with a skill-set large enough to be all encompassing, yet small enough to maintain a consistent personalized approach and interaction with all clients and associates. Anne is widely recognized for her expertise event planning, fundraising, business operations, association management, and her success rate at management of 15+ associations supersede her.

 

Anne's commitment to innovation and continued education in nonprofit management is evident by 2 prestigious industry certifications; Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Association Executive (CAE).  Anne earned her bachelor's degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver, with a Cum Laude distinction. Anne is also an Affiliate Professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Developing and teaching upper level course work in Event Management, focused on the not-for-profit industry.

A hospitality-industry veteran; Jenn began her career in hotels, restaurants and private catering. "Moving into Event Management seemed a natural choice. But it also allows me to tap into my imagination. Bringing our client requests into a cohesive vision, then executing down the the smallest detail, with perfect timing? It's like making peoples' dreams come true."

Committed to perfecting the logistics of events and instrumental in providing innovative and customized solutions for clients.

JENN KOELLIKER

Susan joined the OES team in early 2018 and brings 20+ years of graphic design, marketing and event production experience.  Susan delivers results with a strong visual sense, writing and communication skills and the ability to translate marketing ideas and design concepts across all organizational levels.

She's proven success in large-scale event coordinating and implementation.  Conceptualizes and orchestrates 

smart, innovative marketing campaigns and reinforced brand image.
